Avanti Melamine Mixing Bowl Set of 3 - Red.

My parents got a set of red melamine mixing bowls for their wedding in 1991. My mum loved them greatly, and she used them almost daily. Well, when I was in year 8 I brought them to school for a Taco booth I was running for a fundraiser. They didn't fit very well inside my locker, so the next time I opened it they all came toppling out, and they smashed rather dramatically on the concrete floor. My mother was devastated; I had no idea how much history was in these bowls. Last month, my mum turned 50, and a few days later my parents celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary, what an achievement! I thought I would surprise her with a near-identical set of red melamine mixing bowls to the ones I smashed. Everything Sourdough was the only place I could find a set of three, and my mum was overjoyed with the gift! I recommend this product if you wish to shamefully replace your mother's precious wedding present, but they're also pretty good mixing bowls if you just need to mix things. 5/5
