A premium loaf pan ideal for making homemade bread, fruit loaf and meat loaf. Made from heavy duty carbon steel, it features a double non-stick coating for easy release.
We currently do not stock a Banneton to use with this loaf tin. We suggest you use a lint-free tea towel to line this pan to prove sourdough.
Care and Use
- This product is dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer safe.
- Avoid use of metal utensils and metal scourers to prevent damaging the non-stick coating.
- Always use an oven glove when hot.
- Before first use, carefully remove all packaging including the clip. Rinse with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly.
- Hand wash is recommended to prolong the life of the pan.
